Information for non-members

This is a bespoke version of the Lantra Skills Manager.  It is a simple-to-use on-line tool that allows skills to be recorded and skills gaps identified, leading to the creation of a development plan to build the necessary skills.  
  
The system will:
➢ Record qualifications, certificates of competence and training undertaken
➢ Record individual learning and skills development, which can show progress against training objectives or continued professional development
➢ Record continued professional development activity on a points-based system
➢ Allow mentors to view individual skills records and endorse or verify skills and continued professional development
➢ Generate CVs which will have formal NATUR endorsement
